Solution

PT Selalu Untung is the company which is production shoes, the maksimum production is in the Labour position 90 with the Total Production are 4000, the Marginal Production (MP) is 0 and the Average Production (AP) are 44. That are the better position because the labour is accordance with the company wants to reach the target total production.

If the total Labour is 100, is not effective and not efficient to get the better Marginal Production and Average Production, because the labour is overload to production the goods, and it’s make the total production not better.
