Bank And Financial Institution Question

1. Why people eeds to be reminded economical life?
2. What if Bank is not deliver credit? Use approach to Business and Goverment.
3. Where is credit exactly roled on Economic?
4. Why credit is needed by personal/individual person?
5. What if country never uses credit system?

Answer

1. Because in the past, economical life is used to life economis, but nowdays it being the marketing tools to be sales technic.

    Example :

    Marwan is the employee in a factory, he buys a motorcycle with credit and he just cash it is not until Rp500.000,- that is causes the marketing strategy of sales the goods to make many people can buy the motorcycle, but if Marwan credit a house, a car too, that is not make the economical life, but the consumtif life.

2. In the business approach, if the Bank is not deliver credit, so the company don't have money to produce the goods and to increase the profit.

    In the government approach, if the Bank is not deliver credit, so the development of economic in business area is slowly and be able not develop. Government can not manage the distribute of money. And can not increase the income of society.

3. On Business and Government.

4. Because if the personal/individual person needs money, he will taken credit. The credit will not run without the people who needs money and people who have money to lend it.

5. If a country is not use the credit system, so the development of the country economic will be obstructed, because the goals of credit is to get profit, to help the business and to help the government.
